Process of Engagement

  • ClearView will deliver a report outlining the proposed solution and expected outcones. This report is non-committal, if nothing progresses it aims to leave you with practical insights on what is possible.

  • If an engagement is desired, a collaboratively developed Statement of Work will outline in detail the solution, scope, deliverables, timeline and proposed investment.

  • With transparency & collaboration central to the delivery phase, ongoing partnership and clear updates maintain alignment through regular progress reports and feedback reviews.

  • The transition phase includes solution walkthroughs, support guides and team training so everyone is equipped for confident use and long-term success.
