A leading New Zealand agriculture consultancy specializing in the dairy sector, dedicated to helping farmers optimize milk production through tailored advice and analytics, relied on an outdated manual reporting system for weekly client updates. This legacy process was error-prone, unscalable, and often led to missed report deliveries, undermining both the timely, accurate reporting essential to the consultancy’s reputation and their ability to provide actionable feedback to farmers.

ClearView began with a thorough consultation to map existing systems, define service standards, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the data. From there, a robust and scalable architecture was built to unify multi-format client data, applying rigorous cleaning and standardisation. Power BI Paginated Reports were used to retain the familiar layout while delivering a modernised, more intuitive user experience. Automation played a central role, enabling the weekly generation of 80+ custom client reports, automating distribution via Power Automate, and systematically archiving historical report data.
